Payment Policies

William P. Lynch Design Services
accepts cash, check, and credit cards for payment of services as
well as PayPal and eChecks. Cash is
the preferred method of payment. All payments are due 30 days from
the statement's date of issue unless otherwise noted. A late fee of
$40 will be applied to all payments received after the due date.
Cash
To arrange for cash payment pickup or
drop-off please contact
payment@williamplynch.com. Cash pickups are only available on
Staten Island. United States currency is the only form of cash
accepted.
Check
Make all checks payable to "William P.
Lynch." Checks can be handled in the same
manner as cash stated above or mailed to the following address:

Checks that are postdated will not be
accepted. There is a $35 service charge for checks returned by the
bank for insufficient funds. WPL reserves the right to require
payment by cash or certified funds if a check is returned.
Payments made by mail must be received by the due
date, so be sure to mail them early enough to allow for delivery by
due date.
Credit Cards
We accept American Express, Visa,
MasterCard and Discover cards, as well as debit cards with any of
those logos. Credit cards are processed through PayPal
Merchant Services and as such we never collect credit card
information. A PayPal Account is not required to process credit card
payments online. A service fee may apply.
Other Forms of Payment
Like credit cards, Electronic Funds Transfers
or eChecks and PayPal payments are handled through PayPal
Merchant Services. A service fee may apply.
